Everything within the villa has been designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind. At Villa Castellamonte, you can realize your dream vacation for little more cost than a typical hotel room!
Our vacation villa rental is offered to your group based on the number of bedrooms you need and the season of the year. We reserve the right to limit the number of people per room, and generally require only 2 adults per bedroom. Exceptions may be made but the final decision is ours.
So compare the cost of a luxury villa rental with that of any other luxury vacation in the Caribbean! You will see that the actual cost of the villa rental, on a per person basis, is often much more cost effective. Add to that the fact you get fully dedicated staff, totally personalized attention, customized menus to your taste, and luxurious amenities just for your group and you begin to realize how much better a luxury villa rental can be!

All rates are in U.S. Dollars (USD $). All prices are correct as of May 1st, 2008, but are subject to change without notice. The entire villa rents for the price listed above up, even if you have fewer than all of the bedrooms you have full access to the rest of villa--and it is dedicated solely for your vacation enjoyment!
Deposit Requirements
To finalize your reservation, we require an initial deposit equal to 50% of the full rental amount listed above for the vacation you are renting the villa. Reservations without a deposit are not valid.

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to occupancy date. Depending upon the size of your group and other factors, a security deposit of $2500 (USD), or larger, is also required.
